Returns

        You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

        To be eligible, your item must be:

        Unused and in the same condition you received it.

        In its original packaging.

        Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


⚠️ Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

        Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

        If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (credit card, online banking, or e-wallet).

        Please allow a few working days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Shipping

        Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items.

        Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted.

        If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

        Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item requested is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
