Returns
• You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
• Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (credit card, online banking, or e-wallet).
• Please allow a few working days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping
• Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item requested is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
